The 4-Step Precision Reaming Process

Our toolset includes four specialized reamers to achieve a factory-standard finish:
- Angle Reamer (No. 1): Matches the exact sealing angle of your valve seat to remove deep corrosion and carbon deposits.
- Width Adjustment (No. 2): Used to trim the seat profile and manage the overall width of the sealing surface.
- Contact Finisher (No. 3): Specifically grinds the precise contact face where the valve spindle meets the seat.
- Top-Surface Refinement (No. 4): Adjusts the upper boundary of the seat to ensure the contact width remains within the optimal 2.5mm–3.5mm range.
